FYI This is curious... I have Node Gallery 6.x-3.0-alpha3 installed and enabled. Node Gallery 6.x-3.0-alpha3 is NOT enabled and everything works fine, my images pop up with Lightbox2 and slideshow works as well.

If I enable Lightbox2 in the Node Gallery Modules, I get the error...

Call to undefined function node_gallery_get_image_parent_gallery

You didn't upgrade your module correctly, specifically, you didn't remove the old module directory before extracting the new one as described here.

You can also visit admin/reports/status and verify that this is indeed the case.
