The heading on this drupal node needs to be changed from "Helping with support" to "Contributing to User Support", in order to remain semantically structured and assist with searches that relate to that term. The URL is, after all, contribute/support.

If that's the case, then all of the other links from http://drupal.org/contribute need their titles changed as well. Don't have time to do that atm, but making a note.
