Is there a way to include the fields in the node, in the email? I have a title and an image field, and only the title gets sent. Is there a possibility to include the other fields ?

Try the "Include full node" check box - it's near the bottom of the settings page

i have that checked, and it still only sends the title

Ah yes, that option is specific about including the "full body" and not the entire node. To avoid breaking other people's sites, I have changed this to a feature request. It will require a new check box to send the entire node. This would affect both teaser view mode and full view mode to send all associated fields instead of just full body vs. teaser body. I'll work on this soon.
