as per http://drupal.org/node/113939, it's sometimes nice to use different things for the top-level project term and the directory in CVS.

attached patch accomplishes this by adding some new settings.

dries suggested that "path_equiv" was a little hard to understand. renamed to "cvs_dir_root" (root of cvs directory).
