Hi

I know there are dependencies between Ctools, Panels and Views but I can't find the bit of documentation that tells me whether Views needs to be in sync with the Ctools and Panels versions. A site I inherited currently has :

Ctools 7.x-1.0-alpha3
Panels 7.x-3.0-alpha3
Views 7.x-3.0-alpha1

I note there is now an alpha4 of Panels, an alpha4 of Ctools, and more versions of Views up to a beta3. What combination should I upgrade to ?

I have tried RTFingM but can't find the relevant bits.

I usually just keep them all updated to their latest versions and haven't had any problems. However, as with any production site you should test it out in a dev environment first.

Thanks. I eventually found the following in the release notes for Panels ( http://drupal.org/node/74958/release ).

If you update, please be sure to update CTools at the same time. These two modules must remain in sync.

So I need to keep Panels and Ctools in sync.
