mcurry commentedYes, eventually. Please feel free to submit a patch, if you are capable of tackling this task.
Otherwise, it'll probably be a few weeks before I can work on this.
yngens commentedUnfortunately, I am not that advanced. Never changed any module for upgrade. Sorry.
mcurry commentedOk, in the absence of any volunteers, it'll have to wait until I can make the time to update the module.
revival commentedHi there
I know that this module is in the process of being upgraded for Drupal 5. And thanks to those doing it.
Was wondering if, in the meantime, there's an easy way of e-mailing all my users?
Thanks

Anonymous (not verified) commentedI find it amazing that one would update to the newest version of Drupal Core without waiting on the modules she was dependent on to catch up.
I have supplied several patches but not enough to allow it to function. Someone else has supplied a full module. March has found me unable to find time to produce code for Drupal or I would have had it functioning by now. Search the issues list and you'll find the patches you can download and test. I would caution you to be cautious the patch sets have yet to be verified.

Some of us just joined up, downloaded the latest version and started looking into whats currently available. Nothing amazing going on.. and I will patiently wait for the release of the module.

Anonymous (not verified) commentedWatch it nube: Don't go changing the titles when you follow-up.
Drupal Core isn't dependent on this module. You are.

shane birley commentedHi, Earnie:
You don't need to be such a code-snob to people who are new to Drupal. Try and be a little nicer and not so arrogant.

Anonymous (not verified) commentedIf the truth makes me arrogant so be it. See the project page http:///drupal.org/project/advuser for relevant open issues; this one has just been closed. FWIW, I learned the hard way what to do and not do with Drupal. It takes a good six months to get your feet soaked to the point you can understand how the wheels go round. You will not find sympathy from most of the people involved with this project just because you're a nube.
