I have set hierarchical select (using content taxonomy) and below I have a text area with word/character count limit set using CCK Word/Character Count module.

CCK Word/Character Count module adds a line of text just above the input textarea "X character(s) used, you have 300 characters left."

The problem I'm experiencing is every time I select a term from the hierarchical select list (terms have subterms) after the dropdown list with subterms appears this line "X character(s) used, you have 300 characters left" gets duplicated.
