HS tries to save before node add/edit complete

I searched the issue queue and couldn't find this issue, so I wanted to share here.

I'm using HS to list the vocabulary, with the following options set:
- Use the Hierarchical Select form element for this vocabulary.
- Save Term lineage
- Force the user to choose a term from a deepest level
- Display Node count - disabled
- Require Associated node - disabled
- Resizable - enabled
- Level Labels - disabled
- Dropbox - enabled

The content type has a CCK file (image) upload option, set to unlimited. If the user adds 3 or more images first, and then tries to add one of the terms from the HS list, after clicking ADD, the form is submitted and the node is saved. The workaround for this is that if you add the terms first and then the images, it works fine. I'm not a programmer but my guess would be that the AJAX requests are probably conflicting with each other somehow.

It's not a life threatening bug but it is one that can get annoying if you don't figure out the workaround.
