Yes, using some MySQL.

Look at the table {term_node}

That is what I was going to suggest, but thought there should be some module to do that. Unfortunately, I could not find one in modules directory :( but theses two: Taxonomy Multi Editor and Taxonomy Batch Operations. This is not exactly what Chill35 wants though :)
