a) did not look for duplicates.
b) should not ask others to do wok for you.

a) I beg your pardon, I thought I checked if 5.0 was mentioned in the issue page, but apparently I did not.

b) I commented upon the usefulness of the module and pleaded to the author to port it to 5.0 in the hope of him realizing that there indeed are people using this very excellent module. A feature such as this should be included in the Drupal core in my opinion.
