I'm using 4.5rc with postgresql 7.4.5 apache 1.x on rhes3.

When I try and submit content via Mailhandler with an "authenticated_user" and the e-mail address mail@MichaelMeyers.com the post is rejected with a note in the administrative log section saying, "Mailhandler: The e-mail address 'mail@michaelmeyers.com' may not create blog items." when I login as this user I am able to create blog content (or any other content for that matter)... also, when I change the e-mail address for the authenticated user and then use the mail@MichaelMeyers.com e-mail address with a superuser or administrative role account that I created, posts are accepted via Mailhandler...

any idea why authenticated users are unable to submit content via Mail handler?

I cannot reproduce this in 4.5. If more info is available, please post here and reopen the issue.
