I've merged in most of the patches from the issue queue. The main issues addresses are:

2223369, 2274137, 2150629, 2223377, 2065601, 2200703.

The module is producing the correct looking JavaScript. This will be further tested by Dennis Publishing when this module goes into production. But I feel that this module should be fit for purpose and therefore deserves a stable release.

Point to note:

Do Not Track is not being honoured currently.
