I have a really weird bug. Everything works fine except I have a single ranking poll that does not allow editing, not even the superuser. All other ranking polls and all other binary polls are fine.

Can you reproduce this? If you can, please explain the steps you did to get to this point. Also, disable all other non-core modules when you are testing.
