Fatal error: Call to undefined function jstools_modules_includes()

Fatal error: Call to undefined function jstools_modules_includes() in /web/empowerthyself.com/web/sites/all/modules/jstools/activemenu/activemenu.module on line 17

I tried enabling and disabling activemenus and other menu item creating modules before and after enabling the module and I always get white pages with just this error, not even the 404 javascript error that was minor before. I have to stick with the 0.2 or whatever version I got that still works for everything except the book menu.
