Issue Summary
Allow to display the # of terms display per page.
The default is too small - hence 'batch' loses it's meaning.
It will be much better to see 100-200 terms at a time, especially where there is heirarchy.

The current default is too small, not really batch.

This feature has been committed, and will be available in the snapshot release (http://drupal.org/node/114675) whenever that gets auto re-generated.
It sort of makes the UI a bit kludgier though, so tips on design/placement are appreciated.
