I want to do immediately is claimed.
2 - How I can do to make the link "This page Claim." display only the nodes sent by anonymous users.

The second part of this request is now possible in the newest 7.x-1.x branch, given that the admin panel is generated by Views.

The first part would be simple to achieve with some slight code modifications. If you're interested in having this option available in 7.x-1.x, please update the issue.
