There seems to be no way of enabling sexybookmarks on full node display only. It's either on both teaser+full or nothing. it would be nice to be able to change that (without having to resort to DS ;-)

It is unnecessary to add the functionality to the 7.x-2.x, as Drupal 7 allows you to configure the position by Display mode, so you have more control than the 6.x-2.x version already.
