reassign tinymce support to moxie in drupal 5

Since the TinyMCE module is dead and Moxie has taken its place, how do we get IMCE working with Moxie? I've tried changing the code to enable IMCE to load when the TinyMCE editor is present via Moxie instead of via TinyMCE module and while that loaded the javascript, it did not bring up IMCE in the image editor.
