Hierarchical select desn't work with opera,safari,google chrome!
On my local website it only works with firefox 4!
For the others navigators i can't select a sublevel ,i only have the first !

Have someone ever had this problem?

I've been running the same version and set it up in Chrome and been testing it in Chrome and it's running fine. Maybe try to reinstall the module?

For me it doesn't work anywhere, on several websites, one of which is a fresh Drupal 6.22 setup

I reinstalled the module and it works now! =)
