If "post information" of the node is disabled in Themes Global Settings page, Gravatar doesn't work for the nodes, even "User pictures in posts" is checked already.

I have a fresh Drupal 6.22 install on my local Windows machine (WAMP). Only enabled module is Gravatar. And I did the initial configuration as required.

I see my gravatar is working in My Account page.

I created a page. Gravatar is not displayed. $picture is empty.

I added a comment. Gravatar is displayed.

I enabled "submitted by" info for page at Themes Global Settings page. Visit the node I created earlier. Gravatar is there.

I toggled the post information setting, and gravatar visibility for the node, toggled with it all the time.

Strangely, only the nodes are effected. My Account and comments work fine. Even for the anonymous user.

I am having a similar problem. Gravatar is displaying OK in on my user profile, and if I enable avatars in posts it displays fine. However Advanced Forum will not display the avatar (though it displays other avatars without difficulty).

Assistance would be appreciated.

Ive copied this issue over at the Advanced Forum section. I think the bug may lie with them since Gravatar works well elsewhere on the site, however Im not positive.

@Magyar check the issue #1134028: Gravatar stopped working with Author Pane please.
