Releases for Google Plus One Button | Google+ Badge

Release containing the new feature Google+ badges (implemented as a block) and some bug fixes:

Issue #1293484 by jscm: Feature request to share non-aliased URLs.
* Updated the JavaScript async loading to match what Google+1 suggests. It fixes also language settings not applied in async loading.

Adapt the theming of the button to the new changes in the Google +1 service. Now they are implementing valid HTML5 'data-' attributes.
