Path claims to be optional but is not [#1175786]

In the homebox creation form under the path text box it says "Optionally specify an alternative URL by which this page can be accessed. "

However a path is not optional and on clicking save you are required to enter one.

Wording should be corrected to remove the word "Optionally"

Fixed in both D6 and D7.

It appears that at one time, both title and path were optional fields. Not anymore. I've also marked those two fields are 'required'.
