New forum topics block tittle disappear

I enable "New forum topics" block on 1st sidebar on page and same block on Homebox page.
Disable block regions checked.
I see strange behavior.
Sometime I see tittle "New forum topics" on Homebox page twice.
Sometime I see no tittle on frontpage (see screenshot) and broken block formatting.
When I flush Cache tables, something changes, but still not OK.
Looks like Homebox module try to remove caption for own page, but forgot to put it back for other pages.
