Removing a Region from an Extra-Layout with added Field will make the Fields disappear from the UI

Basically what the title says. The default behavior that should happen when a Region with added fields isn't found, is to move those Fields to the 'Disabled' region. Otherwise the only way to do this is by re-adding the region to the extra-layout, moving it's fields to disabled or whatever Region is wanted and then remove it.
