I have tested that in explorer 7 and explorer 8 +1 button does not seen. Explorer doesn't show the button.

Is there any solution?

First of all, check the permissions to see the button and also try the last version (rc5 now) of the 6.x branch. There were a bug fix that maybe affects this issue.

Then this thread in Google Support forums will give you more answers. Quote from there:

We've raised the issues with IE8 with the team here. At the moment, we do not support the +1 button on IE6 or IE7. We are constantly working on improving the +1 button, so it's possible that this may change over time, but that the moment I can't promise anything with regards to IE6 & IE7.

Also in that thread someone said that using different button syntax (g:plusone instead of HTML5) fixed the problem. You can experiment with that from the Admin settings of the module.

But I've tested myself in Windows 7 IE9 native (both syntaxes) and it works fine. Also using Browser mode IE8 in the Development Tools works fine (both syntaxes). No luck with IE7 browser mode (none of the syntaxes)
