I love this module for the entire site.

I was wondering if there is an option in this module or if someone knows of another which will allow me to have follow links per organic groups

I'm very interested in per og follow links. I believe it would be very useful. I also suggeto to add "social" social media, by which I mean for instance wiser.org - the social network for sustainability. In my case I have a site where organic groups are organization of the civil society...
At the moment I am using social profile fields, but I have some difficulties.

You may want to try Linkicon which exactly does the job.
