Release notes

2 important new features: support for non-entity pages (path-based meta tags), and support for the robots meta tag (noindex/nofollow).
The following things need to be done before I can release 2.0:
- selectable install option (currently it's all or nothing - manual adding of meta tag fields or adding of all fields to all content types)
- support for the link head element (canonical URLs)
- upgrade path for the nodewords users.
