Bugfix release. Covered issues:
#1188344: Meta tags don't get rendered on taxonomy pages.
#1185178: Change location of admin pages to Configuration->Search and metadata
There will be no new features in 7.x-1.x branch.
New features (including path-based meta tags) are being added to 2.x branch.
