After testing it in my development environment I realized this is stable enough to use it in my live site, so, can you make this a full project?

I think it is stable enough but to be honest, I ended up creating my own solution since it was really hard to adapt any module to what I needed.

Still not a full project, its still in sandbox. See #1176192: Workflow Access Extension. I hope it gets out soon, so it can be ported to D7 and supported by the new D7 Workflow.

Porting to D7 is unrelated to the full project status. The maintainers can create a d7 git branch now if they want.
