metatag_quick is really a great module. It's easy to use and have all/ most of the features needed! It's more than a "quick" module, it's the needed solution! ;)

I have a question about seo and global keywords. Is it bad or good to use some basic global keywords at a website? metatag_quick doesn't support global keywords at the moment (am I wrong?!).

In general, this is a bad practice to use same keywords on different pages. In contrary, some people use tools to ensure uniqueness. Still, you can "simulate" such a behavior by setting default value for the meta field, just like you define default values for other fields. Side effect bonus that can make output values different: you can use tokens in default values :)
