Google Chart allows to set font sizes, but this is not yet supported in the Views integration.

It is pretty much useless there with 5 or more axis items due to the large font sizes.

Not sure if this a significant problem these days in the 7.x-2.x branch since we now have label rotation built-in. However there's still no option for font-size, though the API supports it.
