'Feed News' feature always shows as overridden

When visiting '/admin/build/features' after enabling the feature 'Feed News' - it always shows as overridden, even though no changes have been made to the code base.

It looks like strongarm is trying to stick it's code in there. In any case attached is a patch that will stop features from moaning. (You may need to tweak the .info file for drupal packaging requirements)

Happy to have feedback on this, or if there is a better way to get this done.
