Settings page for Filebrowser fields

I would suggest a feature that is already implemented on the dev version: Some settings that can be pre-configured and/or modified for create a dir_list node by a standard user:

1. For sure the FS encoding field
2. All the fields "Folder Rights" and the "Folder Upload"
3. The Path Directory that might be a valid regep (must start with the path /...) or a folder created by token.
4. Also the presentation

Based on that, have permissions role for each form. My only point is how to categorize them: What are the fields that can be modified or not. In other words, what field is essential for a user, and what field should be hidden...
