This editor rocks. Please outline what it will take in terms of code, time, resources to get a Drupal 5 version of this module. Is it something that is planned already? Are there blocking issues? How can people help?

Head is already compatible with Drupal5. I'm developing on head and after some more testing I'll branch it to 5.x.
I think I should have added a HEAD release for 5.x testing.
