When I edit a previously created web link, the url and weight values are not preserved. I have to re-enter these values each time I edit a web link.

I deleted a function that I thought was causing problems for users but wasn't necessary...turns out it was nec. It's back in in 5.x.1.4. Just replace the weblinks.module file with the new one and you should be good to go.
