In #1146158: Initial roadmap for Drupal 7 version of deployment module there was a lot of good brainstorming about how Deploy for Drupal 7 could look like. The roadmap has now been more formalized and efforts are coming together. This issue with its linked resources will give you the latest status of the work being done on the Drupal 7 version.

The development is coming along very well! It will be a good presentation in London, that's for sure :)

All the basics are there, and we are now working on the test coverage. We'll probably release a good working dev release late this week!

I am very excited by the latest developments.

And having the ability to add entities to a plan through a rule would allow it to work out of the box with VBO.
I can already envision myself deploying commerce products without breaking a sweat.

Just wondering: Is the Roadmap up2date?
If it helps I'm happy to test or create a howto / screencast to help others, but I just can't get it to Deploy stuff myself.
I think I have the Rules stuff configured all wrong.

Any help is appreciated.

Roadmap is a bit updated:
We now have this:
Deploy Drupal 7 installation guide and basic usage guide

so it seems if we could solve this:
#1390540: undefined constant ENTITY_RELATIONSHIP_ORIGIN
we may be able to do deployments.
