I rearranged the fields (title, question, etc) in the short answer question type. Just wanted an order that worked better for me.

Now the "answer" section, which includes the "pick an evaluation method" is permanently on top. No matter what I do now, I can't move any fields above that, even if I drag the fields back to their original order.

The form still works fine, so this is not a crisis. But it is very inconvenient.

I hope you can tell me that this is a simple matter of installing the module. I hope.

By the way, I have already created hundreds of questions. Please test it and offer a solution.

Yeah it is annoying. I would try this workaround if I were struck like you. Disable javascript in your browser, now in the manage fields tab, the drag drop UI will be suppressed and weight textbox will appear, change the weight field value to get your desired order.
