Description
I would like some admin settings that dictate whether case is avoided aggressively for images.
The simple way to normally avoid browser/isp cache is to add the date to the end of the image:
http://blah.com/some.jpg?nocache=456151543324
Depending on installation (frequency of image changes) this might be good or bad. In some cases the user might be asked for an opinion too.
