Enabling the module Mutual Credit Limits in Drupal 7 error

when enabling the module I get this:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_DOUBLE_ARROW in /.../sites/all/modules/mutual_credit/limits/mcapi_limits.module on line 297

I'm also not able the turn on the module Visualisation. I get this:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare show_balance_history() (previously declared in /.../sites/all/modules/mutual_credit/mcapi_views.module:89) in /.../sites/all/modules/mutual_credit/visualisation/mcapi_vis.module on line 61

Other modules work ok. (I also did the upgrade to 7.2, but no effect). I know ist alpha, but I am can't switch to Drupal 6...
