I'm refering to an existing node (node/58203) but this was for D4 and there were no responses on it.

Sent newsletters always have a footer saying "Click here to unsubscribe from this newsletter" whatever language you selected. Seems to have something to do with cron. A patch was supplied too but needs a look it seems.

Please fix in the new release (patch).

Simplenews 6 now has multilangual support. This will not be backported to 5.x
