Cannot Select File

I have an IMCE CCK field in a content type. When I click on the link to attach an image via IMCE, it opens up the IMCE browser. I can see all of the previously uploaded files but there is no way to actually use that existing file. Uploading a new file works but again, there is not button or link to actually select that file.
