In some cases, you may want to have a node title unique, thats not possible atm.

Here is a small patch to let node titles be unique.

I didn't have the opportunity to test this for the 7.x version, however I ported it to 6.x using the exact same method and it did work as expected. Attached is the patch for 6.x.
