I added a datestamp field to blog posts and configured the granularity to year and time (deselecting month and day).
On the node edit screen, I entered the date stamp value as "2009 - 12:00",
https://skitch.com/jesse.beach/f833d/edit-blog-entry-this-is-a-blog-my-site
which resulted in this error:
https://skitch.com/jesse.beach/f832p/edit-blog-entry-this-is-a-blog-my-site
changing the time to "2009 - 12:01" allowed the node to save.

jvendryes commentedI am also getting this error when saving something with minutes equalling 00. Same issue on my ticket: http://drupal.org/node/1206344

karens commentedThe recent changes to improve validation ended up blocking dates with valid zero entries. I just committed a fix.

Ivan_Dagreat commentedI am experiencing the same issues. I get an error if I do not have a time attached. Has the fix been committed to the newest dev version or is there a patch I need to implement?
I am using 7.x-2.x-dev and I also have the dev versions of ctools and views.
Thanks for the info.
