Can this be used to give someone a role based on what they select in a particular profile field? For example, a profile will have two additional fields:
Member Organization (drop-down menu)
Non-member Organization (autocomplete menu, similar to a tag)

If someone selects anything in Member Organization, their role would change from 'authenticated' to 'member.' Is this possible?

I wish to know too. I have tried out autoassignrole. But it does not assign role based on the profile field. Appreciate someone will throw some lights.
