The default is None ... when I pull it down it will not show HTML.

How can I send out a newsletter in HTML Format... Please help thisis critical for me.

I have installed mimemail... and I am still lost it worked well before now it's broke. I am not a programmer please help.

Use mimemail plus the latest 5.x-1.x-dev simplenews from cvs and you should be alright.
