When the node which has term_reference field is imported by the feeds importer with the status shown updated, the nid is removed from the term's record in taxonomy index table. Therefore the term does not connected to the node anymore. Even the term is still in reference field which belong to the node.

I can't reproduce this with drupal 7.8 and feeds 7.x-2.x-dev. Is this still a problem?

Is this issue being caused in the CSV import?
Because I am not experiencing it in the Xpath parser and I'm importing/updating over 200 terms on a few 1000 records.
