Cant display total votes in views

I can't seem to figure out what I am missing, the preview in views shows the 5stars and the text underneath Your rating: None Average: 4.1 (722 votes). But when I view the page live, it only displays the five star graphics and no text underneath to let people know I have 722 reviews on that node to entice them to read more.

So am I missing something in the settings? I would assume if the preview had it, then that the settings are correct. Is there a secondary HTML or CSS setting to the field to isolate it from dropping this text?
