A meta description for nodes displayed in a View are incorrectly being used to set the meta description for the page...

On my front page I have a block View that lists blog nodes and another block View that lists video nodes. The meta descriptions for these nodes are appearing at random as the meta description for the home page. Similarly, I have a page View that list the video nodes and here too the meta description for the video page is set to one of the meta descriptions of the listed video nodes. There appears to be not real rhyme or reason as to which meta description Meta tags quick is using.
