Fatal error: Call to undefined function form_checkbox() in /var/www/binaryfreedom.info/htdocs/modules/citizenspeak/citizenspeak.module on line 133

this is produced after going to administer/settings/citizenspeak
also probably cause of this when I click on /createcontent/citizenspeak it shows me the generic "create content" page.

I must be doing something wrong? I am using drupal 4.7.5

CitizenSpeak isn't currently compatible with Drupal 4.7, but there is a patch you can try at http://drupal.org/node/44370
