Port to Drupal 7 [#1220164]

Attached is a rough port of Single Login to Drupal 7.

- It works on 7.4
- There's a little additional schema to drop the D6 Profiles dependency.

It works for me, it isn't extensively tested. I'm sure there are interesting bugs in there somewhere.
